Gray Family Foundation’s goal is to support effective programs that can serve as models of excellence in Oregon. We appreciate the opportunity to support our grantees’ successes and lessons learned.
As part of your Gray Family Foundation grant, we will ask you to collect and report some basic information about the planning and implementation of your project or program.
Planning for Successful Reporting
Our grant reports require you to collect specific information during your program delivery. To ease the reporting process at the conclusion of your project and insure accurate information, please review the report form (below) for your grant program before you begin program delivery.
Grant Report Guidelines and Forms
**Please note: We have updated our grant reporting process to use a single general form for all grant programs except Camp Maintenance. Grant reports are typically due approximately a year from your grant date, but please check your award letter for more details or see the chart below. You may also request a verbal report/conversation with our Program Officer (ntessman@grayff.org) in lieu of a written report. If you have questions about your report deadline, please contact us at grants@grayff.org.**
- Camp Maintenance Program
- All other grant programs (Environmental Education, Geography Education, and Outdoor School)
- Gray Engagement or Other General Reporting
Grant Reporting Deadlines
Grant reports for single year projects are generally due one year after the grant award date or progress reports are due approximately nine months from award date for multi-year grants. Please check your award letter for deadlines or contact us at grants@grayff.org for your due date. If there is a programmatic need to extend your reporting deadline, please contact Gray Family Foundation staff.
